Potential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Know and understand the online programs available to the student
• Be familiar with the Utah state requirements for curriculum
• Work with students to answer questions and address concerns about the student’s educational programs and goals
• Keep and maintain accurate records, documenting progress and completing appropriate paperwork

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current and updated teaching certification for grades 9-12
• Excellent communication skills, patience, understanding and tact
• Attention to detail, tracking specific information regarding verbal conversations and written communication
• Experience with and/or knowledge of the home school environment, objectives and goals
• Must be willing to complete a background check
